# SocialFi

SocialFi refers to systems where social participation is recognized through tokenized incentives. Built on blockchain infrastructure, SocialFi platforms reward meaningful actions such as publishing content, engaging in discussions, curating information, and supporting others.

On traditional social platforms, users generate content and communities that create significant value, yet that value is typically captured by the platform. SocialFi introduces an alternative model by aligning incentives with contribution rather than attention alone, encouraging active participation and higher-quality engagement.

In the context of education, this model is especially relevant, as learning is inherently social. It develops through discussion, collaboration, feedback, mentorship, and shared exploration, alongside individual study and reflection. In digital environments, however, these interactions often require intentional design to flourish.

At AnyCampus, SocialFi is integrated within the Learn-to-Earn (L2E) framework. While L2E recognizes individual learning progress, SocialFi extends this by recognizing social participation as part of the learning process itself. Interactive activities such as reading, writing, publishing, commenting, and constructive engagement can be connected to value creation.

By aligning individual learning with social contribution, SocialFi complements L2E and supports a collaborative educational ecosystem where participation and learning reinforce one another.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.anycampus.io/key-concepts/socialfi.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
