What Are AnyCampus Points?

AnyCampus Points reflect your level of activity on the platform. They highlight meaningful participation and provide a fair way to acknowledge contributions—whether you’ve been here since day one or just joined.

How Do AnyCampus Points Work?

The more you participate in the network, the more points you accumulate, allowing you to “level up” over time. Higher levels may open up additional ways to collect points and deepen your involvement.

AnyCampus is a community-driven project, and active participation is one of its core measures of success. AnyCampus Points showcase the people contributing to both the protocol and the wider community.

Almost any kind of activity—on-chain or off-chain, large or small—can count. Whether it’s opening an account, publishing content, or joining a hackathon, your contributions help shape the project and are reflected in your points.

Point Structure

AnyCampus Points are made up of three components, each contributing to your total score:

Action Points

Granted for activity on the blog platform, including:

  • Publishing

  • Reading

  • Liking

  • Commenting

  • Sharing

For liking, commenting, and sharing, both the person performing the action and the one receiving it can gain points.

We encourage meaningful participation—not low-effort clicks or automated spam. Action Points are structured to favour thoughtful contributions, and no points are given for bot activity or superficial engagement.

Bonus Points

Additional points given to active users, impactful articles, and timely actions that the platform recognizes as especially valuable.

The following definitions are used to identify active users, impactful articles, and timely actions, which are evaluated weekly against overall platform activity:

  • Active user: regularly performs timely actions and maintains a well-rounded profile

  • Impactful article: written by an active user and attracts a high number of timely actions

  • Timely action: likes, comments, and shares made quickly on an impactful article

Example 1 – Active User

If you rank 10th in the active user leaderboard, and you like an article, you receive:

  1. 100 pts (Action Points for liking)

  2. 100 (base Action Points) × 0.991 (Active User multiplier for rank #10) = 99.1 pts (Bonus Points for being an active user)

Total: 199.1 pts

Example 2 – Impactful Article

If your article ranks 5th in the impactful article leaderboard, and someone likes it, you receive:

  1. 100 pts (Action Points for receiving a like)

  2. 100 (base Action Points) × 0.996 (Impactful Article multiplier for rank #5) = 99.6 pts (Bonus Points for being an impactful article)

Total: 199.6 pt

Community Points

Given for off-chain contributions that help the community thrive, reviewed and updated periodically.

Examples include:

  • Engagement on social platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram

  • Participation in campaign platforms such as Galxe

  • Attending meetups, hackathons, or other community events
