4️Manage your income

We understand the importance of managing your income effectively, which is why we’ve designed the Income page on your Creator’s dashboard to streamline the process. Let’s walk through how you can efficiently monitor and track your earnings.

How to Check Your Balance

  1. Go to the 'Balance' Page: Click the 'Income' button on the left navigation menu or submenu of the Creator’s Dashboard to access the 'Balance' page.

  2. Select a Currency and Network: On the balance page, you'll find insights into your total earnings in various currencies, each offering an option to select a network. Choose the currency and network you wish to view.

  3. Check Your Balance: After selecting your preferred currency and network, you will see two types of balances: the available balance and the current balance. The available balance shows the total amount you can currently withdraw, reflecting payments received at least 30 days ago. The current balance includes the total funds you have withdrawn so far plus the income received in the last 30 days.

How to Withdraw Your Money

  1. Go to the 'Withdraw' Page: After navigating to the 'available balance' page for the currency and network of your choice, click on the 'Withdraw' button displayed next to the amount to proceed to the 'Withdraw' page.

  2. Enter the Amount: Type in the amount you wish to withdraw from the available balance.

  3. Confirm the Transaction: After entering the amount, click 'Withdraw,' which will prompt your wallet app to appear and ask you to confirm the transaction. Double-check the total amount, as the amount you receive will be what you entered in Step 2 minus the gas fee. Gas fees are necessary to compensate network participants who validate and process payments, ensuring the network's efficiency and security. If you find the price summary unacceptable, you have the option to opt out of the transaction by clicking 'Reject'. Note that gas fees may vary based on network demand.

  4. Receive the Notification: Upon completing the transaction, you will receive a notification from your wallet app.

Note: We have set a minimum withdrawal requirement of 0.05 ETH or 100 USDC to ensure that your income isn’t consumed by gas fees, which can sometimes exceed the amount you wish to withdraw. To save on gas fees, we recommend that creators batch their income and withdraw it in a single transaction.

How to Check Sales History

Additionally, you can review your income history to track every payment from learners. We are continually enhancing our features to provide you with more insights into your sales performance. Stay tuned for updates on the upcoming version release, where we will send out notifications about new features and enhancements.
