3️Create a curriculum

Congrats and welcome aboard, creators! We are so excited to have you in our creator community. Allow us to guide you through the process of creating and publishing curriculums.

1. Go to the Dashboard

Once you are approved as a creator, you will gain access to create curriculums. Navigate to the Creator's Dashboard, select 'Your Curricula', and click 'Add new.”

Remember, the Creator’s Dashboard is your go-to tool for managing your content and performance. Be sure to bookmark it for easy access!

2. Optionally, import existing materials

If you have existing content on platforms like YouTube or Udemy, you can import it directly. This feature saves time by automatically generating a curriculum from your existing materials. If not, you can skip this step and continue.

Take advantage of this handy feature and boost your efficiency!

3. Fill out the curriculum overview

Our user-friendly bottom navigation gives you the freedom and focus to enter information with ease. You can track your curriculum creation progress with the progress bar. If you need to pause, simply click “Save & Exit” to save your work and exit at your convenience. When you return, continue crafting your curriculum from where you left off. We have prepared the following sections for you to fill out:

Next, enter an overview of your curriculum. Our user-friendly navigation streamlines this process. This step can be tedious, but trust me; detailed, accurate, and eye-catching descriptions can significantly boost visibility and help attract more learners!

The information you need to fill out includes:

• Curriculum title: Provide a concise and attention-grabbing curriculum title in less than 65 characters. Keep it short and simple, using keywords and engaging language to capture learners' attention.

• Language: Currently, we offer English as a language option, with more languages coming soon.

• Category: Browse through a provided comprehensive list of categories. Ensure to pick the most relevant keyword to optimize accuracy and enhance the effectiveness of your curriculum.

• About this Curriculum: Give learners a detailed overview of the curriculum in less than 800 characters, highlighting key topics and objectives. Share why they should take this curriculum and how they are going to love it!

• Skills that learners can acquire: Select up to 5 relevant skills that learners can acquire through your curriculum. These selected skills will be displayed for learners to recognize and celebrate their accomplishments. Please choose carefully and prioritize the most relevant skills.

• What will learners learn from your curriculum: Describe benefits or achievements learners can expect in less than 80 characters after completing your curriculum. You can list up to 5.

• For whom is this curriculum designed: Provide a clear description of the target learners for your curriculum in less than 80 characters, highlighting those who will find the content valuable.

If you need to pause, simply click “Save & Exit” at the top-right corner to save your work and exit at your convenience. When you return, continue crafting your curriculum from where you left off by clicking “Continue.”

To see what the curriculum looks like to learners, click "Preview" next to "Save & Exit."

4. Upload a thumbnail

Next, upload a high-quality JPEG or PNG file with no text for your thumbnail. You also have the option to add a preview video, which will be displayed on the curriculum detail page. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your teaching style and the quality of your curriculum, providing potential learners with a glimpse of what to expect.

Click “Next” at the bottom right to proceed.

A compelling thumbnail and engaging preview video are crucial, as they serve as the face of your curriculum and can significantly attract potential learners!

5. Add a chapter

Once the thumbnail is uploaded, proceed to the “Outline” page to structure your curriculum. Here, simply click “Add a Chapter” to start adding content, and you'll be directed to the next page.

6. Fill in Chapter Content

On the chapter page, begin by adding the main content:

• Chapter Title: Craft a concise and engaging title in fewer than 65 characters using keywords that capture learners' attention.

• Video Lessons: Include up to 10 short, bite-sized video lessons per chapter. These videos are central to your chapter's content and should be designed to maximize learner retention and engagement. Ensure all videos are in a 16:9 aspect ratio.

• Chapter Quizzes: Create up to 5 quizzes per chapter. Each quiz should consist of one correct answer and three alternatives. Link each quiz to the most relevant video lesson to reinforce key concepts. To add more quizzes, click “Add another quiz.”

After completing the chapter content, click “Done!” at the bottom right. You will then be redirected to the “Outline” page as described in Step 5.

7. Repeat Steps 5 and 6

You can include up to 10 chapters in each curriculum. Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to build out your curriculum as needed.

8. Add a Final Quiz

Once all chapters are complete, you'll create a final quiz. This quiz consolidates learning and assesses the overall comprehension of the curriculum. Navigate to the final quiz section on the “Outline” page and click the pencil icon to edit. Here, you’ll find a list of all chapter quizzes created. Select the 10 most suitable quizzes to include in the final quiz. There’s no need to create new questions. Click “Done!” when finished to return to the “Outline” page.

Ensure the final quiz is challenging yet fair, with learners needing to score at least 70% to successfully complete the curriculum. This balance will confirm their understanding and mastery of the material.

9. Set the Price

After adding the final quiz, proceed to set the price of the curriculum by clicking 'Next' at the bottom right of the 'Outline' page. On the pricing page, you must initially set your price in ETH on the Ethereum mainnet, as all curriculums on our platform are primarily denominated in ETH to ensure consistent pricing across the platform.

In addition to ETH, prices can also be set in other currencies and on other networks. Currently, we support transactions using ETH and USDC on the Ethereum and OP Mainnet networks, with plans to expand our options.

Determining the right price for your creation can be hard but is an important step. Make sure to balance accessibility for learners with fair compensation for your efforts!

10. Check the preview

You’re almost there!

Before submitting, preview your curriculum by clicking the “Preview” button. This is your last chance to make changes before your curriculum is published, as videos cannot be edited or deleted once approved and purchased. If changes are needed later, you must republish the curriculum as a new entry. Ensure everything is exactly as you want it!

11. Submit your curriculum for approval

If you are satisfied with the preview, click the “Submit” button to send your curriculum to the AnyCampus team for evaluation. Please note that this process typically takes 2-3 business days. Patience is appreciated—fingers crossed!

12. Receive the result

After a thorough evaluation, we’ll notify you of the outcome via both Discord and through service notifications. For in-service notifications, click the bell icon in the top right and select the “Creator” tab.

If approved, your curriculum will be automatically published on our platform, and no further action is required on your part. Celebrate your achievement—perhaps with a well-deserved glass of wine!

If your curriculum is not approved, it might be too early to be discouraged. Often, only minor tweaks or improvements are needed. Review the feedback, make the necessary adjustments, and resubmit your curriculum.

13. Share your creation

Congratulations on your publication. Now, there’s one more important step to take—share your creation. Join our exclusive Discord community for creators, #🙌| team-creators, to connect with like-minded individuals and share your accomplishments.

You can also share your curriculum on social media. We have made it easier than ever. Once your curriculum is published, you can effortlessly share it across your social media accounts with just one click from the curriculum detail page.
