What is AnyCampusโ€™s minimum system requirement?

AnyCampus is currently reviewing our operation in the following systems. Please note that we are not responsible or liable for any unexpected issues that may occur in systems other than those listed below. However, we are actively planning to integrate additional systems to accommodate a broader user base. Stay tuned for further updates.

Access AnyCampus from a mobile device.

General

Currently, we support our service on iOS devices for mobile users. To connect your wallet with AnyCampus and log in, you must use the in-app browser in MetaMask.

How to access AnyCampus on mobile devices:

  1. If you already have MetaMask on your mobile device, skip to step 4.

  2. If you donโ€™t have MetaMask, please install it on your mobile device to access the service with your wallet.

  3. After installing MetaMask, import your existing wallet or create one if you donโ€™t have a wallet yet. You can then use your MetaMask wallet to interact with our service directly on your mobile device.

  4. Select the MetaMask browser from the tab bar and enter โ€˜anycampus.ioโ€™. If you need further assistance, please refer to these instructions.

  5. On the landing page, you should be able to connect with your selected wallet to log in to our service.

For Learners

You can enjoy the same experience on mobile devices as you would on a desktop. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the FAQ or feel free to contact #support channel on Discord.

For Creators

Currently, we offer an operation for curriculum creation only on desktop devices. We recognize the demand for accessing AnyCampus on mobile devices. We are currently working on developing a mobile system for creating curriculums. We will keep you updated via notifications on new features as we expand our service to meet your needs.

When can we access AnyCampus Tokens?

We are currently in the process of issuing AnyCampus Tokens. Our team is diligently working to ensure that this process is completed efficiently and securely. Stay tuned for further updates on the availability of the token, and thank you for your patience as we work to enhance your experience on AnyCampus.

For Learners

Do I have to have a wallet to use the service?

Yes, connecting a wallet is required to access our curriculums. By connecting your wallet, you can manage the data of your learning progress. Why wallet? Our priority is to maintain your privacy to the highest degree while leveraging the benefits of blockchain technology. We believe using a wallet is the most suitable method to safeguard your privacy and secure your data effectively.

Iโ€™m having difficulty understanding a concept in a curriculum. What resources are available for assistance?

Learners are welcome to ask questions on #learners-interaction channel on Discord if you are unsure which curriculum is best suited for you or if you wish to discuss the curriculum overview. On this channel, you can get tips and advice from fellow learners and collectively benefit from each otherโ€™s insights.

If you're struggling to grasp a concept in a curriculum and need assistance, we recommend reaching out to the curriculum instructor on the #any-friends channel. They are available to provide accurate answers and additional resources.

My payment didnโ€™t go through. What should I do?

If your payment didnโ€™t go through, that doesnโ€™t mean we took out funds from your wallet. When any payment fails, it wonโ€™t affect your wallet. Please go back to the โ€œBuy curriculumโ€ page and confirm the price on MetaMask to initiate the payment again. Keep in mind, that gas fees may vary from your previous attempt as they fluctuate dynamically in the decentralized network. We encourage you to double-check the total price on MetaMask to ensure it aligns with your expectations before initiating payments.

For insights into your payment, navigate to โ€œMy Pageโ€ and access โ€œPurchase history.โ€ Each payment will have a โ€œDetailsโ€ button that lets you open an explorer page in another tab on Google Chrome. Each explorer page has detailed information for each payment, including transaction status, sender and receiver addresses, transaction hash, block number, gas fees, and more.

Why does Value say 0 ETH in my transaction details when I purchase curriculums?

When you purchase curriculums with USDC, the transaction details may show a value of 0 ETH. This is because the transaction is processed in USDC, not ETH. To check the USDC transaction value, you can look under the "Token Transfers" section of the transaction details on Etherscan. Especially for the transactions using OP mainnet and USDC, click on the address that you interacted with and then select the "Token Transfers (ERC20)" section. This will show the value transferred from your address.

How do I cancel my purchased curriculum?

If the need arises to cancel your purchased curriculum, rest assured that we are here to assist you. Please find the cancellation request form here. Kindly fill it out and submit it to us. Our dedicated team will promptly review your request and notify you of the result. If your request is approved, timely action will be required, so please watch for notifications regarding your request. To find out more about the Refund Policy, please check here.

If you wish to take back your cancellation request, the fastest and easiest way to take your cancellation request back is to refrain from initiating the cancellation transaction. If your request is approved, you will have the option to proceed with the transaction. Simply not initiating the process will stop you from canceling.

Can I get a refund for the curriculum I purchased?

Yes, if our curriculums do not meet your expectations, we offer a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below:

Terms

  • Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be completed within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for any curriculum purchases.

Please note that submitting a refund request form and receiving approval are essential steps in the refund process. However, to complete the refund, you must actively cancel the curriculum within 14 days of the original purchase.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Submit the Form: Fill out and submit the refund request form.

  2. Wait for Approval: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request. You will receive a notification upon approval.

  3. Complete the Refund: After approval, a โ€œCancelโ€ option will appear next to the relevant curriculum on your dashboard. Click โ€œCancelโ€ to finalize your refund.

Note that approval does not automatically complete the refund process. Cancellation through your dashboard is required within the 30 days of the purchase.

Ineligibility

To maintain the integrity of our marketplace and ensure fairness to both tutors and learners, we may deny refund requests under the following conditions:

  • If you have consumed a significant portion of the curriculum.

  • If you have already received refunds for two other curriculums on the platform.

  • If you have previously received a refund for the curriculum you are currently requesting a refund for.

  • If your account has been reported, banned, or had curriculum access disabled due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days after the curriculum is canceled from your dashboard. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us on Discord for assistance.

Currency & Network

Refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same network as the original purchase transaction.

Gas Fees

Users are responsible for any blockchain gas fees incurred during the refund process. The amount refunded will be the total curriculum fee minus the gas fee. AnyCampus is not liable for the failure of refund requests due to insufficient funds for covering these fees.

Value say 0 ETH in the transaction details

If the transaction uses ETH, you will see the transferred value in the โ€œToโ€ section on the transaction details page. For transactions using USDC, check the "Token Transfers" section of the transaction details on Etherscan. Especially for the transactions using OP mainnet and USDC, click on the address that you interacted with and then select the "Token Transfers (ERC20)" section. This will show the value transferred to your address.

Can I delete my account?

Considering deleting your account? If you have any questions or have feedback for us, please feel free to contact our support team. Please note that once you delete your account, your information will be fully deleted, meaning you wonโ€™t be able to reactivate your account. If you have purchased curriculums, you will no longer have access to them. To proceed to delete your account, please navigate to My Page and click the Option icon on the right top of the profile section. Select Edit from the menu and scroll down to click โ€œDelete account.โ€ Youโ€™ll then be asked to confirm upon deleting your account and follow the instructions.โ€

For Creators

I have my curriculum materials on platforms other than Udemy. Can I still import them to AnyCampus?

At the moment, AnyCampus supports importing from specific sources such as Udemy only. While we understand your desire to utilize your existing content from other platforms, we encourage you to create a curriculum manually. Weโ€™ve streamlined the curriculum creation process to be as easy as possible, offering flexible pages that allow for intuitive navigation, as well as a user-friendly interface. Enjoy the simplicity and flexibility as you create your curriculum to the best it can be.

If you have platforms other than Udemy that you wish to see included in the import feature, please share them on the #product-proposal channel on Discord. We will consider adding more platform options based on your requests.

What are the eligibility requirements for creators to receive the AnyCampus Launch Reward?

To qualify for the AnyCampus Launch Reward, creators must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit and receive publication approval for a curriculum that adheres to AnyCampus's quality standards.

  • Complete and submit the AnyCampus Launch Reward Application Form, which will be provided individually.

Please note: The specific reward details may be subject to change without prior notification, depending on the timing of your curriculum's publication.

Whatโ€™s a good price to set up for my curriculum?

When pricing your curriculum, you're in control. Consider factors like content depth and audience value. With Ethereum and OP mainnet networks, set your price flexibly in ETH or USDC. We encourage competitive pricing for wider reach or premium for exclusivity. The key is to find the right balance between fair compensation and accessible learning for all.

I donโ€™t see any categories that would describe my curriculum.

As of now, AnyCampus offers nine categories as listed. We encourage you to choose from the list of categories as much as possible. If your curriculum doesnโ€™t fit into any of the categories listed, please let us know on the #product-proposal channel on Discord. We would love to take it into consideration and add categories based on the most requested topics.

Why is there a minimum requirement to withdraw my income?

We have set a minimum withdrawal requirement to ensure that your income isnโ€™t eaten up by gas fees. Situations where the gas fees exceed the amount you want to withdraw could happen. For the most efficient withdrawal process, we recommend that creators batch their income and withdraw it. This means accumulating your earnings and making a single transaction, potentially saving on fees. Keep in mind that gas fees may vary based on network demand, but batching transactions is often the more cost-effective option.

I want to delete my curriculum.

You can delete your created curriculum. Once you have created a curriculum, you will see a menu icon in the top right corner. Hover over the icon and select โ€œDelete.โ€ Please note that the data associated with the curriculum will be deleted permanently and cannot be undone.

You wonโ€™t be able to delete the curriculum that has already been accessed by learners. We promise learners permanent access to their purchases. Instead, we offer the option to set it to private mode, preventing new purchases and listing on our platform. Although our product doesnโ€™t have a feature yet, feel free to reach out to us via #support channel on Discord to inquire about private mode. Our team will be happy to assist you.

I want to remove my published curriculum from the platform without deleting it.

You can unpublish your curriculum to remove it from displaying on our platform and prevent new purchases. However, our product doesnโ€™t have this feature yet. We are actively working to implement it. In the meantime, please reach out to us via the #support channel on Discord, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Once I unpublish or delete my curriculum, will it be permanently removed?

When you unpublish your curriculum, you will still have the option to republish it later. To do so, please contact us on #support channel on Discord. If you delete your curriculum, the data associated with the curriculum will be permanently removed and cannot be undone.
